Kawshal is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and currently serving as a Compliance Manager at Padakannaya & Co., Chartered Accountants. With over seven years of professional experience, Kawshal has built a solid foundation in corporate compliance and governance.
He specializes in company incorporations, drafting and filing of legal documents, handling statutory compliance, and managing the complexities of corporate law under the
Companies Act, 2013. His expertise extends to working with both private limited companies and LLPs,managing filings related to board resolutions, director appointments, FLA, FDI, ODI and private placements, among others.
